The prices are per person and per night. Breakfast is included. Extra costs like a visitors’ tax are not charged.

It is possible to get a 3rd and a 4th bed in many rooms. Therefore, we charge between 16 and 20€ depending on the room category.

It is also possible to book a double room as a single room on request at any time.

Arrival and Departure

On your arrival day, your room is available from 2 pm onwards. On your departure, you are welcome to be our guest until 10.30 am. The reception daily available from 7 am to 9 pm. After 9 pm and before 7 am, you can use the night entrance.

Wifi, phone & fax

The Wifi is available for you for free and unlimited use. Every room is furnished with a phone, charges do apply. By request, you can use the fax at the reception.

Newspaper

Regional and trans-regional newspapers are available at the reception for free. Besides, you can find an extensive range of further magazines and newspapers directly in the house.

Shoe and Laundry Service

A shoe polishing machine is available in the house for free.

You can get a selection of sewing-articles at the reception for free.

Mattress & Pillow

If you are staying for a longer while, you have the opportunity to choose a harder or softer mattress according to your demands. We also provide an additional or different pillow for you. These options are free of charge.

Room service

You can find cool drinks in your minibar. By request, we do serve the dishes of Ristorante Tartufo in your room. The account is made a la carte.

Hygiene

Hairdryer, towels and toiletries can be found in your room.

Children

We provide a baby cot for you	10€ per night

Pets

Of course, your dog is welcome at our house. We charge 10€ per night because of the additional cleaning effort. Please understand that we cannot allow “your best friend” to enter the breakfast-rooms.

Payment

It is possible to pay cash (in Euros), on account or with EC or credit card.

Cancellation

Dear guest of our houses – Braugasthof Trompete and Hotel Adler***s,

We are always asked for our cancellation conditions. Therefore, we have considered to list them below. However, I gladly inform you that we have never applied them in the company’s 10 years of operations. We are honest with you in all matters and would be pleased if you are honest with us, too. So if you get sick shortly before the start of your holidays or if there are any other circumstances that prevent you from joining your booked stay at our hotel, please call or message us immediately. We are always trying to be extremely courteous and together, we will find a solution with satisfies both parties.

To all our guest who would like to read it in letters, your cancellation policy is listed below:

In general, our cancellation conditions are designed in such a way that you have the same advantages and no disadvantages by booking directly with us via phone, email or booking assistant on our homepage compared to booking via a booking portal (including booking.com, HRS).

You booked up to 4 rooms for only one or two nights? Then, the following cancellation policy applies to you:

1. If we are able to rent the room to someone else, you will not be charged any cancellation fees regardless of the date of your cancellation.
2. Until 6pm of the day 2 days before your arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge regardless of all other conditions (see 1.). Afterwards a cancellation fee of 75% of the total costs will be charged.

You booked 5 rooms or more or up to 4 rooms for 3 nights or more? The following cancellation conditions apply to you. (These bookings are then treated as group bookings, also if we receive them through booking portals.):

1. A cancellation is only possible by a personal conversation with the owners of our hotel or our guesthouse or their deputies or via mail or email.
2. If we are able to rent the room to someone else, you will not be charged any cancellation fees regardless of the date of your cancellation.
3. If this is not the case, the following rule applies:
   • Cancellation 4 weeks prior arrival at latest: N fees apply
   • Cancellation 2 weeks prior arrival at latest: 50% of the total costs have to be payed
   • Cancellation 1 week prior arrival at latest: 75% of the total costs have to be payed
   • Cancellation 4 days prior to arrival at latest: 85% of the total costs have to be payed
   • Cancellation within 4 days of arrival: 90% of the total costs have to be payed
4. Group bookings that concern more than 50 % of our standard rooms are not included in this regulation. We reserve ourselves the right to set individually different regulations with the responsible booker.

Therefore, please do not think too much about the amount that you gave to pay if you cancel your stay but look forward to a pleasant stay in one of our houses – Braugasthof Trompete and Hotel Adler***s.
